I'll just tell you since you may never guess- it's my co-worker, former neighbor, and all time most sarcastic person I have ever met: Laura Petersen.
This may be a record turn around time from engagement to engagement photo shoot. I think it was less than 48 hours. With good reason, Jeff lives in Texas and he surprised her by showing up on her doorstep Monday morning, he was leaving Wednesday afternoon and so Wednesday morning it was click, click, click...
Anyway, for two people who swear up and down they a) hate getting their pictures taken and b) insist they aren't photogenic, I think these pictures turned out pretty amazing.
I'd like to say that being able to turn around a & b for someone makes me a good photographer, but I'll let you decide. Are these two just self-depricating, did I make magic or is it a little of both?

I love this picture. As you know, my style is for sure capturing moments and not worrying about "look at the camera, smile."

Love the grunge in this one

I learned something about Jeff quite by accident. He wasn't a big fan of kissing in front of the camera. This was a fair compromise.

I love the processing in this photo. The black and white is so contrasty.
So congrats to my co-worker, former neighbor & friend. I'm excited for what lies ahead and I can't wait to travel to New Braunfels, Texas for your wedding! Is there anything in New Braunfels? I guess I'll find out.
